Coriander & Mint Chutney

INGREDIENTS
1 CUP FRESH CORIANDER LEAVES
1 CUP FRESH MINT LEAVES
1/4 INCH GINGER
1 TSP CUMIN POWDER
2 CLOVES GARLIC
1/2 RED ONION
1 LEMON (JUICE)
1/2 TSP SUGAR
3 TBSP PLAIN YOGURT
1 TSP SALT
PEPPER TO TASTE
Directions

GRIND ALL THE INGREDIENTS IN A FOOD PROCESSOR / FOOD BLENDER TO A COARSE OF PASTE.
( You can also use mortal & peste, finely chop the ingredients, it's fine as well if you prefer chunky texture in your chutney)
TRANSFER IT TO A BOWL.
ADD THE YOGURT, SALT AND ALSO THE PEPPER. STIR IT WITH A FORK UNTIL THE YOGURT BLENDED TOGETHER WITH THE PASTE.
